Adam made it possible to achieve my goal and kept me focused on building my upper body strength.
Never mind that cheeky smile that came with the program, I knew it would be tough but all the tools are provided for you to succeed!
I can now easily perform 3 full sets of toe push ups, assisted chin ups on a low assistance weight, and have noticed awesome results in my body tone, and so has everyone else!
I can’t wait to see the results that I’ll get from the next program!

Adam’s 28 Day Fat Blast Program helped me get ready for a photo shoot I had coming up on short notice.
I managed to drop the weight and gain back my muscle tone after being away from the gym a while, and the best bit was it was SO easy to follow, the training app that you get on your phone with follow along videos and instructions meant I didn’t feel confused or unsure in the gym as to what I was doing.
The meal planning was awesome! I actually enjoyed the food rather than thinking it was just another low carb diet, as Adam says “For dropping weight, go back to basics”, and it works!
