Easy Garlic Chicken Breast

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Below is a little favourite of mine for when I need to increase my protein and fat intake for the day without increasing my carbs (because let’s admit, that’s easy enough to do!)


This works great with a side of mixed vegetables or a garlic salad for a nutritious but light dinner meal.


Here’s what you’ll need for four servings:

  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter


  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder.
  3. Saute about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
